This county villa nestles in a valley behind the popular coastal resort of La Cala, (which is not far from Fuengirola) on the Costa del Sol.

The plot is terraced with the main house occupying the centre terrace but is secluded from view. From some points you have views down the valley to La Cala and the sea.
The resort of La Cala has everything needed for every day life, (Supermarkets, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes etc) and only a short drive along the A340 is Fuengirola with its Shopping Centres and multi cultural activities. A bus from La Cala takes you to the Railway station in Fuengirola for connection to the Airport at Malaga and in the opposite direction to Marbella and Gibraltar. The Wednesday market is popular and surprisingly big!
Main House: Enter from the Patio into the Dining area and the kitchen on your right this comes complete with White Goods and built in Oven and Hob. The units are modern and the kitchen feels bright and airy. On the left of the Dining area is the door to the 2nd bedroom, with en-suite shower room. The plot is planted with over 100 various fruit trees including Mango, Plum, Apricot, Avocado and citrus fruits. Mature shrubs give colour and shade in summer.
The Log Cabin: This is entirely separate from the main house, having its own access from the road, parking area, gardens etc. It has in the past been let on a long term basis for between 300 and 500 euro per month, but in our opinion would be better used for holiday rentals.
The Cabin has an open plan living area, with air conditioning: Kitchen area with cooker and fridge, Bathroom with shower cubical and washing machine, WC and Sink, Single Bedroom and a Double loft sleeping area. Outside there is a patio with BBQ and Sea Views.
The house and Cabin both draw water from the community well and have separate Septic Tanks for waste. A Single electric supply currently serves both units, but this could be changed if required.
