All residents must coordinate their move schedules and reserve an elevator with the Front Desk Staff at least one to two weeks in advance of your move.
The move-in/out fees are:

*The deposit is required by credit card ONLY.
*The Move in/out fee is $250.00 non-refundable, with a deposit fee of $750.00 that is refundable after the move is complete.
*Moves must be scheduled from 1-2 weeks in advance. The resident must turn in a completed reservation form and insurance one to two weeks before any move can be scheduled.
*The check must be made out to: Discovery Homeowners Association. No cash accepted.
*Residents must provide the payments and forms with the completed reservation form and required certificate of insurance before any move can be scheduled.
